Mr. Chase's practice is limited to specializing in Workers' Compensation Court, where he is a Certified Workers' Compensation Attorney, as well as Municipal Court. He initially was a Certified Trial Attorney, engaging in representing Plaintiffs for a broad base of claims, including automobile injury, and slip and fall claims. He is the Past Chairman of the Mercer County Indigent Committee (the predecessor to the Public Defender's Office), and was the Former Chairman of the Mercer County Fee Arbitration Committee. He was also formerly a Hopewell Township Municipal Court Prosecutor, as well as a United States Marine. Mr. Chase is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey.
